2140 LITRE U.N. APPROVED BUNDED DIESEL AND 120L ADBLUE – TWIN AXLE EU HIGHWAY BOWSER (PLEASE NOTE IMAGE IS OF A SINGLE AXLE).

2140 litre (470 gallons) road towable bunded diesel bowser with Additional 120L Adblue Tank.  Certified UN 1202 (For Road Haulage).

Chassis: Constructed from with 5mm pressed steel section, fully welded with 100 x 50 RSC, ‘A’ frame drawbar & front standing plate, pressed rear lighting channel. Hot dip galvanized.

Axle/Suspension: Knott-Avonride twin 1500Kg torsion beams fitted with 200 x 50 Auto reverse brakes.

Wheels & Tyres: 4 No 175 x 13 x 8 ply radial tyres on 4 stud 5 ½” pcd rims.

Coupling: Knott-Avonride 3000kg posibrake over run auto, reverse c/w spring assisted handbrake lever, breakaway cable. Coupling fitted with 40mm ring eye or 50mm ball

Ancillary Equipment: Tandem moulded mudguards, mud flaps, telescopic front jockey wheel, side reflectors, front markers, full road lighting c/w 13 pin plug and 7 pin adaptor.

Outer bund Diesel tank:

• Cylindrical in section with removable top section for tank access
• Rear access door fitted with stainless steel hinge and fully lockable
• Bund contains 110% of inner tank content
• 4 lifting eyes
• Fork lift pockets (for use when tank off of chassis only)

Inner Diesel Fuel Tank:

• Constructed from translucent heavy duty polyethylene
• 2″ filler cap & chain
• 2″ manual vent valve
• Top mounted 1/2″ BSP feed & return points
• Ball valve in base of tank to pump
• Pressure relief valve

Pump:

• K2 Semi rotary hand pump fitted with 15′ of 1″ fuel hose c/w trigger nozzle and stowed on bracket
• Fitted with in-line ‚Y‘ strainer
• All contained within lockable bund area
• Optional upgrades at extra cost available on request: Electric Pump, Petrol Pump, Non Resale Flowmeter

Finish:

• Primer & 2 top coats – single British Standard (BS) colour

ADBLUE TANK:

TANK: Polyethylene with stainless moulded sockets, 1/2″ sightglass, vent, 2″ filler and 2″ pump socket, c/w 2″ stainless retaining strap. finished in blue.

FRAME: Hot dipped galvanised, with 3 counter sunk holes for mounting to the stand plate of the bowser. Easy fitting, 3x M10 holes to be drilled.

PUMP OPTIONS: Rotary hand pump or electric pump c/w 3-metre hose and trigger nozzle.
